Screening of Cold-Active Lipase from Psychotropic Fungi
Abstract: Lipase is a class of enzymes that catalyze as, hydrolysis of long-chain tri-glycoside and comprise the large significant group of bio-catalysts for biotechnological applications. Currently, the cold-active lipases (CLPS) are the enzyme of choice for pharmacists, organic chemists, biochemical, biophysicists and engineering processes, bio-technologists and micro-biologists as well as biochemists.
