Nanomechanical Properties of Aluminium Thin Films on Polycarbonate Substrates Using Nanoindentation
Abstract: properties of aluminium thin films by nanoindentation. The properties of sputtered aluminium films on polycarbonate were tested with a variation in coating thickness. The resulting data obtained from nanoindentation was studied using load–displacement curves and also with the variation of hardness, stiffness and Young’s modulus with indentation depth.
