Abstract: Over time, there have been substantial advances in the development of travel and the ways in which memories and experiences can be preserved. Jorn Barger initially used the term "weblog" on December 17, 1997. Peter Merholz introduced the acronym "blog" by amusingly combining the words "web" and "log" on his blog.
