Synthesis and Characterization of Mn Doped ZnO Nanoparticles by Chemical Precipitation Method
Abstract: Normal 0 false false false EN-IN X-NONE X-NONE Nanosized Mn doped ZnO semiconductor (where Mn 0.5%–2.5%) has been synthesized via a chemical precipitation method using zinc acetate hydrate, MnCl2 in alcoholic medium and utilizing polyvinyl pyrolidone (PVP) as capping agent. A differential thermal analysis (DTA) and a thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) where used determine the thermal properties of ZnO:Mn.
