Gas chromatography mass spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectral analyses of Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth. pod methanol extract
Abstract: This study was aimed at the elucidation of the bioactive compounds present in methanol extracts of Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth. Pod using Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FTIR) techniques. The GC-MS mass spectra of the identified compounds were compared with those of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) database library.
