Investigation of Square Monopole Antenna with Slotted Patch
Abstract: A novel antenna with slotted patch for L-Band applications is presented in this paper. The proposed antenna consists of a square patch with rectangular slot. By slotting of the patch the antenna shows enhancement of gain in allocated band. A rectangular slot in the patch and partial ground plane is used in this antenna to enhance return loss and bandwidth. The simulated results have shown that the designed antenna receives …
