Correlational Analysis of Technostress and Job Productivity of Library Staff in Selected Academic Libraries in Kwara State
Abstract: This study investigated correlational analysis of technostress and job productivity of library staff in selected academic libraries in Kwara State. Descriptive survey research design was adopted and a sample of 53 library staff were selected from Kwara State University Library, Al-hikmah University Library and Crownhill University Library by using total enumeration sampling technique.
