Design and Experimental Validation of An Electromagnetic-Based Low-Cost Lightweight Polymer Fabricated Induction Stove
Abstract: Induction stoves are an innovative and energy-saving alternative to traditional gas or electric stoves. Traditional induction stoves, many of which are expensive, heavy, and bulky, require modifications to make them suitable for low-income households and small consumers. This work is unique in that it involves the design and validation of a low-cost, lightweight induction stove. With fewer components, this stove is a feasible and sustainable solution for high temperatures. The …

Analysis of C45 Steel Machining with Differentiated Tool Bits
Abstract: The tool material may be coated or uncoated, and cutting inserts are typically situated along the covered contact region. Work piece remains fixed while tool revolves for cutting and machining. Objective: A NABL-accredited metallurgical evaluation laboratory (machining) assessed two specimens. Machining profile and materials determine insert selection. Analytical results show material composition. The surface qualities of samples 1 and 2 were examined. As DOC, cutting speed and tool tip temperature …

PCM with Multiple Node Injections
Abstract: Phase-Changing Materials (PCM) are currently being investigated for use as heat storage in solar energy applications. To analyze the temperature profile, morphing tree structures are used to simulate the melting algorithm of Phase Changing Material with increasing branch numbers. The melting behavior is simulated for invading lines of heat, which range from single-lined, zero branch insertions, to insertions with two branched lines. The research aims to address the growing demand …
