Optimization of Pitched Roof Steel Trusses for Different Conditions by uses of EXCELL and STADD Programming
Abstract: Present study analyse the different trusses of pitched roofwith different shapes and different spans under similar loading conditions. Four type trusses namely, Pratt, Howe, Fan and Fink trusses with spans equals to 8 m, 10 m, 12 m, 14 m, 16 m and 18 m were considered.
