  Abstract: In spot welding process, in the industry, prime concern is adequate strength and good spot weld considering aesthetic looks with less power consumption. Strength is function of properties of material and nugget diameter is also function of properties of material. So to achieve strength there must be analysis of nugget diameter and break load both experimentally and analytically with help of software and actual testing of sheet metal spot welds. …
