ZnCdS thin film chalcogenide by chemical bath deposition method
Abstract: Chalcogenide ZnCdS thin films preparation by chemical bath deposition method is currently considerable interest because it is relatively inexpensive, simple and large area deposition technique. Different substrates are used since these are low temperature process which avoids oxidation and corrosion behavior of substrate. Photoelectrochemical solar cells, photoconductors, detectors, sensors, etc. are some of the applications of chalcogenide ZnCdS thin films. The effect of zinc content on structural, morphological and optical …

Flower-like ZnO Thin Film Deposited by Chemical Bath Deposition
Abstract: The ZnO flowers were prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD), low transmittance in the ultraviolet region was observed, the band gap decreases with increase in deposition time. The SEM images of the deposited ZnO revealed that the films are flower-like with well-developed petals. The XRD of the film are crystal with several peaks. Prominent among them are the peaks at 2θ values of around 32.5°, 35.9° and 38.5° corresponding to …
