  Effectiveness of Leech Therapy (Irsal-E-Alaq) in Unani System of Medicine: A Review

  Abstract: The Unani system of medicine is the medicine of centuries. Four types of treatment in Unani system are Ilaj-bil-Giza (Dietotherapy), Ilaj-bil-Dawa (Pharmacotherapy), Ilaj-bil-Yad (Surgery), and Ilaj-bil-Tadbeer (Regimental therapy). These are the main methods of Tibb disease treatment and health protection.
