Abstract: A phytosome is a complex created through the union of a natural compound, typically a plant extract, with a phospholipid. Phospholipids play a crucial role in cell membranes, possessing a structure comprising a hydrophilic (water-attracting) head and hydrophobic (water-repelling) tails.
