Liquefied Oxygen Fracturing: A Simulative Approach
Abstract: The entire project is a work on the simulation of fracture design on a new potential fracturing fluid liquefied oxygen. The purpose of this study was to conduct a comparative study between hydraulic fracturing and cryogenic fracturing (liquefied oxygen) for the same reservoir having same properties to generate potential information on intrusion of fracturing fluid, pumping criteria, final stage pump pressure, required pumping time for both the fluids water as …

Multi-Criteria Assessment of Renewable Energy Technologies for Solar Buildings Using Waspas Method
Abstract: This research comprehensively evaluates renewable energy alternatives for solar buildings using the WASPAS multi-criteria decision-making framework. The analysis covers six distinct energy technologies: geothermal heat pumps, wind turbines, biomass heating systems, micro-hydro installations, fuel cells and building-integrated energy efficiency systems. These options are assessed against four key criteria: energy efficiency, economic viability, environmental sustainability and technical feasibility. The WASPAS methodology combines both summative and multiplicative techniques to produce reliable rankings. …

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease and the Role of Prokinetics Along with PPIS
Abstract: Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is often confused with functional dyspepsia as dyspepsia symptom commonly coexist with heartburn and some patients with functional dyspepsia respond to proton pump inhibitor (PPI) therapy. Up to 25–50% of patients with functional dyspepsia defined according to Rome III criteria can have abnormal esophageal acid exposure. Functional dyspepsia presents of one or more of the following symptoms: Postprandial fullness, early satiation, epigastric pain or burning, and …

Comparison of Recovery Profile for Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA) Using Propofol And Remifentanil in Laparoscopic Surgeries
Abstract: Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA) has become an increasingly preferred technique in modern anaesthetic practice due to advantages such as reduced postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), improved hemodynamic stability, minimal environmental impact, and faster recovery compared to conventional inhalational anesthesia. Propofol in combination with remifentanil is widely used for TIVA because of its rapid onset and offset of action, which supports quick postoperative awakening and enhanced patient satisfaction. Target Controlled Infusion …
