Abstract: Parkinson’s disease (PD) might be a mutual neurodegenerative disease considered by a movement disorder containing rest tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, and postural instability, and second-leading reason of dementia and is categorized by an advanced loss of dopaminergic neurons within the neural structure alongside the occurrence of intraneuronal α-synuclein-positive enclosures.
