Abstract: Marine biota; namely, actinomycetes, bacteria, fungi, microalgae, green algae, oceanic weeds, mangroves, and other extremophiles constitute about 90% of the oceanic biomass. The organisms are taxonomically diverse, biologically productive/active, and biochemically unique.
