Embedded System for Rain Sensing Car Wiper
Abstract: The automatic rain wiper system aims to detect rainfall and activate windshield wipers automatically, eliminating the need for manual intervention by the driver. For over a century, the driver has been the one operating the windshield wiper. The wiper should be turned on when the driver feels that driving the vehicle is difficult and that better vision is necessary. On the other hand, since the driver must concentrate solely on …

Design and Implementation of an Automatic Rain Sensing Wiper System Using SEN0545 Sensor and Raspberry Pi Pico W
Abstract: This study presents the design and development of an intelligent, automatic rain-sensing wiper system designed to enhance vehicle safety. The system utilizes a SEN0545 capacitive rain sensor, integrated with internal signal processing, and a Raspberry Pi Pico W microcontroller as its central control unit. The proposed approach enables non-contact and corrosion-free rain detection, ensuring reliable performance under varying environmental conditions. Based on the detected rainfall intensity, the controller dynamically adjusts …

Sensor- based Intelligent Wearable Sun-Glasses
Abstract: The sudden onset of rain is a familiar and annoying experience for anyone who wears glasses when it comes to the weather. Your vision becomes hazy, droplets obscure the world around you, and the frequent desire to wipe your face results in smudges and activities that are disrupted. Despite the fact that sunglasses shield our eyes from the sun& glare, they do not provide any protection from the elements. On …

Advances in Smart Cradle Design: Automation and Monitoring Systems for Infant Care
Abstract: With the hectic schedules of working parents currently, raising a baby has become difficult. The arduous juggling between career obligations and childcare responsibilities can strain the very limits of human capacity. The choices have historically been to entrust the child's care to either senior family members or hiring a dedicated infant carer in situations like these, where time's unrelenting passage leaves little time for a full 24-hour commitment to the …
