Abstract: Background: Warm-e-Lauzatain-Haad (Acute Tonsillitis) is an inflammatory condition of the palatine tonsils characterized by throat pain, fever, odynophagia and general discomfort. It is particularly common among adolescents and young adults and contributes substantially to outpatient visits and missed academic or workdays.
