Design And Implementation of A Smart Dustbin System Integrated With Solar Panel For Sustainable Waste Management
Abstract: India is a rapidly developing country in the world. As a growing economy it is important to manage its waste. In India on an average 64 million tons of detritus is produced which ranks 5th in the global scenario. Nowadays in many localities garbage is thrown around arbitrarily and roads are full of litter. These unplanned things cause many problems and sometimes it may cause hazardous diseases. With the potential …

Design and Development of Automatic Solar Tracker System for Wireless Sensor Network Node
Abstract: Energy Harvesting Technique (EHT) extracts energy from the renewable sources available in environment. Among all, the solar energy harvesting technique extracts maximum harvested power. The need for energy has grown in recent years in commercial, residential, agricultural, and industrial sectors. Non-conventional or renewable energy sources are being examined as an alternative when traditional, conventional energy sources run out. They are devoid of pollution and kind to the environment. Energy is …

Smart Solar Tracking System for Maximizing Energy Output
Abstract: This paper presents the design and development of a dual-axis solar tracking system using a stepper motor and light- dependent sensors to maximize solar energy capture. The proposed system continuously aligns the photovoltaic panel perpendicular to the sun’s rays, thereby improving overall power-generation efficiency. A complete prototype was developed and experimentally tested. To assess system performance, experimental testing was carried out in a variety of lighting and environmental settings. When …
