Percentage Changes According to Clinical Pathological Findings of Acute Rotavirus Gastroenteritis in Children
Abstract: Acute Rotavirus gastroenteritis in children, called “False Cholera”, is one of the children’s diarrheal diseases. Among symptomatic children with acute Rotavirus gastroenteritis, the chief clinical manifestations include diarrhoea, vomiting, fever and dehydration.
