Innovative Antifungal strategies: Terbinafine hydrochloride in Niosomal carriers
Abstract: Onychomycosis, an infection caused by fungi that affects fingernails or toenails, causes the nails to grow, separate from the nail bed, and become discoloured. While anybody can get, those with weakened immune systems, children and the elderly are especially susceptible. Present study was related to formulate an effective nail lacquer that would treat onychomycosis by utilizing Terbinafine hydrochloride. In this study, niosomes of a medication called terbinafine hydrochloride, an antifungal …

Reactivity of Monochlorotetrakis2-Isopropylphenoxoniobium(V), [NbCl(OC6H4CH(CH3)2-2)4] towards Chelating Ligands
Abstract: The niobium(V) complexes with the formula [NbCl(OC₆H₄CH(CH₃)₂-2)₄] were successfully synthesized in high yields through the reaction of niobium pentachloride with four equivalent amounts of 2-isopropylphenol in carbon tetrachloride. The synthesized complexes were characterized and confirmed by elemental analysis, molar conductance measurements, infrared (IR) spectroscopy, ^1H and ^13C NMR spectroscopy, as well as mass spectrometric analysis. The spectroscopic studies have shown these to exhibit dimeric structures bridging through isopropylphenoxo groups. The …

Effect of Thickness of Absorber Layer on the Enhancement of Efficiency, and Performance of CH3NH3SnI3 based Perovskite Solar Cell using SCAPS-1D
Abstract: The present research article deals with the improvement of efficiency, and performance of tin based perovskite solar cells (PSCs) using SCAPS-1D software. SCAPS-1D has been used for investigating the absorber layer of the inverted p-i-n arrangement of tin based perovskite solar cells. The inverted p-i-n solar cell arrangement are Glass/ITO/NiO/CH3NH3SnI3/ PCBM/AL where ITO, NiO, CH3NH3SnI3, PCBM and Al are transparent conducting oxide, hole transporting layer (HTL), absorber layer and electron …

Recent Trends in Ocular Drug Delivery: Challenges and Approaches
Abstract: Drug topically regulation can be accessed most easily in the eye. When given topically as eye drops, medication ocular bioavailability is quite low. Drug entry into specific ocular locations is complicated by the complex anatomy and physiology of the human eye. Research has long been interested in the topical administration of successful treatments. To provide a suitable ocular penetration and extend the duration of drug residence is their challenging task. …
