Harnessing Deep Learning to Explore Microbial Community Structure and Carbon Storage Capacity in Mangrove Ecosystems: A Framework for Computationally
Abstract: Mangrove ecosystems represent one of the most efficient natural carbon sinks on Earth, functioning as critical blue carbon habitats that sustain diverse microbial communities responsible for biogeochemical cycling and long-term carbon storage. Despite their global ecological significance, accurately quantifying and predicting carbon sequestration in mangrove systems remains challenging due to the complex interactions between microbial diversity, sediment chemistry, and environmental drivers. This study presents a comprehensive and sustainable artificial intelligence …

Effect of Oil Spills on Marine life
Abstract: Oil spill is the release of a liquid petroleum hydrocarbon into the environment, especially marine areas due to human activities and is a form of pollution. Oil spill pollution can have multiple causes both of natural and anthropogenic origin. The major oil spills of the world include Exxon Valdez oil spill, Arabian Gulf spill, Deepwater Horizon spill and Mumbai oil spill. Oil spills have negative impact on marine ecosystem which …

Aquatic Ecosystems: A Review on Prospecting of Anticancer Molecules from Fungi & Other Microbes
Abstract: Marine biota; namely, actinomycetes, bacteria, fungi, microalgae, green algae, oceanic weeds, mangroves, and other extremophiles constitute about 90% of the oceanic biomass. The organisms are taxonomically diverse, biologically productive/active, and biochemically unique. These unique biochemiques may act as a great source for the discovery of new bioactive molecules, including anticancer drugs. The marines produce medicinally potent biochemicals; namely, sulfated saccharides, polyphenols, and, sterols. Only a few of these alkaloids have …
