A Review on Aerodynamic Improvement of Vehicle
Abstract: The effect of air flow surrounding a vehicle-on-vehicle performance and fuel efficiency is studied. Theproject's major goal is to reduce pollution, global warming causes, and energy consumption bylowering the drag coefficient of road vehicles and thereby improve fuel economy. Aerodynamics is thestudy of the air flow inside and around the body. Because air is a thin fluid, fluid dynamics is also usedto describe it. Speed, mileage, and handling are all …

Comparative CFD Analysis of Major and Minor Aerodynamic Modifications for Tall Building Shapes under Wind Loading
Abstract: Aerodynamic performance of tall buildings is significant to structural safety and serviceability under wind. The major and minor aerodynamic changes of the tall building shape are compared with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation. The base model was a rectangle of 75 m × 75 m × 300 m. Various aerodynamic modifications of shapes were examined: circular, elliptical, tapered, twisted, rounded-corner, and chamfered-corner shapes. Simulations were carried out in the …

Effect of Blunt Truncation in an Aerospike Nozzle
Abstract: Aerospike nozzles are gaining attention as a more advanced alternative to conventional bell nozzles, mainly because they can perform efficiently across a wide range of altitude conditions. Unlike traditional converging–diverging nozzles, aerospike designs naturally adjust to changes in ambient pressure, allowing the exhaust flow to expand more effectively. This results in better thrust performance under varying operating conditions, making them a strong candidate for future aerospace propulsion systems. In this …
