Abstract: Introduction: In Ayurveda, Rasayana drugs are described as Swasthasya Urjaskara and Aturasy Rognut. Amalaki, Haritaki, Guduchi, Ashwagandha and many more drugs have Rasayana properties. But the acceptability of this traditional concept and principle need to be validated on scientific basis is today’s need of time.
