Pre-extension Demonstration of Improved Teff Technologies at Shashogo District, Hadiya Zone, Southern Ethiopia
Abstract: Teff is a highly important crop in Ethiopia in terms of both production and consumption. Population growth, low incomes, and urbanization have all contributed to an increase in demand for teff, which is predicted to continue. However, the teff production system largely depends on traditional methods. As a result, the crop yield has not reached at the desired level. Therefore, the pre-extension demonstration of improved teff technologies was conducted at …

Robust Quadratic Discriminant Rule using Comedian
Abstract: Discriminant analysis aims to get rules that separate the groups of observations. Moreover, it can be used to classify new observations into one of the known groups. The classical discriminant techniques are based on the classical estimates of mean vector and variance covariance matrix. Unfortunately, these classical estimates are highly influenced by the extreme observations and hence any analysis based on these estimates will provide misleading results when the data …

An Approach for two Line Element Generation of Resident Space Objects from Radar/Optical Telescope Observations
Abstract: For safeguarding the space assets, it is imperative on our part to know about the location of Resident Space Objects (RSO) in space. Two-Line Element Sets (TLEs) are indispensable in the assessment of a RSO’s orbit in space and thereby it helps in overcoming threats to space assets by appropriate action. In the present work, we have proposed an approach to generate TLE of all the RSOs using long arc/short …
