The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Redefining Global Healthcare Systems and Advancing Medical Innovation
Abstract: Health Services are being revolutionized with AI and ML through improved accuracy, efficiency and accessibility in the delivery of health care. With AI and ML, it is now possible for health care professionals to assess varying amounts of complex clinical data in a relatively short amount of time, therefore, creating opportunities for early detection of disease, increasing the odds of accurate diagnosis, and improving the ability to make informed clinical …

A Comprehensive Review of Machine Learning and Explainable AI Techniques for Disease Prediction Systems
Abstract: Large amounts of diverse medical data have been produced because of the quick development of digital healthcare systems, offering substantial chances to use machine learning methods for clinical decision support and illness prediction. By identifying intricate patterns in clinical data, machine learning-based models have shown great promise in early disease detection, risk assessment, and personalised healthcare. However, issues with transparency, interpretability, and reliability have been brought up by the growing …

Representation-Theoretic Symmetry Reduction and Fuzzy-Grey Optimization of Modular Vibration Systems
Abstract: This paper presents a representation-theoretic framework for symmetry-aware vibration control in modular structural systems. Exploiting cyclic symmetry, the mass, damping, and stiffness operators are block-diagonalised into irreducible representations, reducing the full structural dynamics to a collection of lower-dimensional modal subsystems. This decomposition provides both computational efficiency and a rigorous mathematical description of symmetry-preserving dynamic behaviour. To account for imperfections arising in practical implementations, near-symmetry defects in stiffness and damping are …

Reviving Indigenous Agricultural Practices Through Curriculum Innovations in Rural Schools: A Case Study of Punjab
Abstract: The traditional indigenous agricultural practices in Punjab are inter-generational in nature but are eroding due to modern industrial farming and lack of education integration. There is scope to preserve agriculture by merging this traditional knowledge with school education systems. A descriptive cross-sectional study was performed with a structured questionnaire distributed among 865 respondents in different rural districts of Punjab. The study population consisted of students, teachers, school administrators, parents, and …

Bird-Tree Associations and Co-occurrence Patterns in Delhi: Implications for Urban Ecological Restoration and Invasive Species Management
Abstract: Urban trees and birds are intertwined indicators of ecological resilience in cities. This study maps citywide bird-tree interactions in Delhi, India, hosting more than 300 avian species. The city was divided into hexagonal grids, and bird-tree data (506 interactions) were collected through field surveys across 131 sites using standardised 1-kilometre transects. Native keystone species like ficus supported the greatest bird diversity, while invasive Prosopis juliflora was widely used for perching …

Intuitionistic Fuzzy Hypergraph Laplacians and Dominating Transversals for Resilient Discrete Network Design
Abstract: This manuscript develops a discrete mathematical framework for resilience analysis on networks whose interactions are polyadic, uncertain, and partially conflicting. Classical graphs compress multi-way coordination into pairwise edges, while ordinary fuzzy graphs often ignore the non-membership information that becomes critical in emergency logistics, infrastructure interdependence, and cyberphysical coordination. We therefore formulate an intuitionistic fuzzy hypergraph in which each vertex hyperedge incidence carries membership, non-membership, and hesitation, and we construct a …
