Formulation Development, Characterization and in-vitro Evaluation of Nano-Lipid Carriers of Ropinirole HCl for Persistent Parkinsonian Management
Abstract: According to a report of World Health Organization (WHO) 2014, Parkinson's Disease (PD) is the second-most neurodegenerative dysfunction of the central nervous system (CNS) of human being effecting 7–10 million people worldwide. It is primarily due to the death of dopamine-generating cells in the substantia-nigra of midbrain. It is symptomatized by tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, dementia, depression and falls or emerges with the progression of the disease. Ropinirole HCl is a …

Microsphere: A Novel Drug Delivery System Approach
Abstract: Microspheres are the multiarticulate novel drug delivery dosage form, it contains the particle size range from 1 to 50 µ and characteristically spherical in shape with free flow property. It is widely known as “Microparticles”. Microspheres are prepared by covering the drug particles with polymeric solution (obtained in natural, semisynthetic or synthetic form) to achieve controlled release of drug, which produces prolonged action with reduced toxicity at the specified site …

A Review on Polymeric Nano-particles
Abstract: Conventional drugs have major demerits of poor biodistribution, decreased effectiveness and less targeting effect. Strategies like controlling drug delivery can potentially overcome these limitations by transporting drug to the place of action. The polymeric nanoparticles (PNPs) are prepared from biocompatible and biodegradable polymers in size between 1–1000 nm. PNPs are suitable carriers for drug delivery to specific target site; such an advantage improves the drug safety and lowers toxicity. In …

The Epidemiology of Risk Factors and Complications of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD)
Abstract: AbstractIn most of the developed countries non alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the common chronic lover disease mainly due to obesity. The disease increases liver related morbidity and mortality, and often increases the risk for other comorbidities, such as type 2 daibetes and cardiovascular disease. In NAFLD cardiovascular diseases are the major causes of death and only some people develop fibrosis and liver related complications. The prevalence of non …

REVIEW ON PICK´S DISEASE
Abstract: Pick´s disease is a serious clinicopathological condition that causes the frontotemporal lobe to atrophy circumferentially. Frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) is now the clinical diagnosis for patients with dementia who have frontotemporal atrophy. FTLD with TDP-43-positive inclusions, corticobasal degeneration, progressive supranuclear palsy, basophilic inclusion body disease, neuronal intermediate filament inclusion disease, and argyrophilic grain disease are additional underlying diseases in FTLD patients.
