Abstract: Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA) has become an increasingly preferred technique in modern anaesthetic practice due to advantages such as reduced postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), improved hemodynamic stability, minimal environmental impact, and faster recovery compared to conventional inhalational anesthesia.
