Abstract: The widespread presence of bacteria in foodstuffs poses significant trouble to health and food safety. Pathogens in consumable products increases the transmission of resistance genes to human, potentially compromising the efficacy of conventional antibiotics. This study aims to isolate, purify, and identify antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains from food items, meals, and vegetables.
