Removal of AB 10B from Water by Copper Oxide Nano- Particles through Adsorption: A Kinetics and Thermodynamic Study
Abstract: Copper oxide nanoparticle was synthesized by a simple method. Consequently, adsorbent was characterized by using FTIR, XRD, and SEM techniques. The study of optimized parameter contains pH, initial dye concentration, adsorbent dose and contact time. Langmuir, Freundlich and Tempkin models were pragmatic for evaluating adsorption equilibrium data of AB 10B as the adsorbent but experiment show the Langmuir model is best for it. Synthesis Effect of Natural/Chemical Blend Nanoparticles on Impact Strength of Sustainable Composite Material
Abstract: Synthesis effect of mixing two types of nanoparticles in the same matrix polyester based sustainable composite was studied in this article. The nanoparticles blend includes sunflower seeds and calcium carbonate with amount 1–3 wt.%. Results showed that the samples containing sunflower seed nanoparticles have high impact strength compared to the samples with calcium carbonate, and increases with increasing reinforcement ratio compared with sample having calcium carbonate nanoparticles.
