Analysis of Cooperative Communication Techniques
Abstract: The scope of this study is to analyze cooperative communication techniques by measuring the symbol error rate vs. signal to noise ratio and analyzing the merits and demerits of those techniques. Unless stated otherwise, the channel is modelled as Rayleigh fading and noise is modeled as white Gaussian. The results of this study can be used to understand the benefits of cooperative protocols and their necessity in future communication systems. …

A Survey on High Frequency Radios and their applications
Abstract: This current workinvolves the study of high capacity radio relays (HCRR). The HCRR has a high data rate, usually used in military communications. It also exhibits excellent anti-jamming capabilities. The HCRR has very good error correction capabilities and also the interleaving is excellent. The work produces an overall study on the error probability found in the designs and also provides a brief idea of optimising it. The study also involves …

Effect of Outdated CSI in a Multiuser TAS/MRC System over Correlated Nakagami-m fading
Abstract: The TAS/MRC system is a widely accepted technique to reduce the complexity level of a multiuser MIMO system with little reduction in the performance. This increases the practical applicability of TAS/MRC system. In TAS/MRC algorithm the channel state information (CSI) is provided to the transmitter for selection of best transmitting antenna for better system performance. However, two important factors may reduce the performance of the TAS/MRC system considerably, out dated …

Simulation of Differential Space Time Block Coding
Abstract: AbstractIn such a coherent system, the underlying assumption is that the channel does not change during one frame of data. Thus, it can also be interpreted as the frame length is chosen such that the path gain change during one frame is negligible. This is basically the quasi-static fading assumption that we have used so far. There is a bandwidth penalty due to the number of transmitted pilot symbols. Of …

Performance Analysis of Wireless Propagation Model to Improve Signal Strength and BER for Wireless Mobile Network
Abstract: AbstractWhenever we setup a network, environment properties such as fading, scattering etc. plays a very important role in choosing spectrum and method of propagation. The spectrum deals with frequency range suitable for communication in a particular environment, and the propagation method deal with channel selection, channel sensing and to perform quality communication throughout the network. To achieve quality output from the network, it is necessary to define network under different …
