Study of Effect of Various Dielectrics on the Performance of Electromagnetic Bandgap Based Microstrip Patch Antenna Structure
Abstract: Here the effect of various dielectrics on the performance of microstrip patch antenna with underlying electromagnetic bandgap structure is investigated. This unique antenna structure suppresses the surface waves and reflects plane waves with no phase change and thus acts as a perfect magnetic conductor (PMC). Dielectric losses are reduced due to the presence of EBG structure and bandwidth enhancement is observed when compared to the non-EBG structure. The effect of …

CFD simulation of methane flow through an orifice plate
Abstract: In this paper the effects of errors in the flow rate and discharge coefficient when Methane (CH4) flow through orifice plates with flange tapping has been investigated by the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The location of vena- contracta was also estimated from CFD simulations. Outcomes of the CFD simulations are in terms of profiles of pressure and velocity. In this study a numerical investigation of the flow characteristics behavior caused …

Optimization of Characteristics of a Simple Microstrip Circular Patch Antenna using Rotable Slot
Abstract: In this paper, we have designed a simple circular patch antenna which radiates at 2.8 GHz. A slot is introduced and is rotated along the center axis. We have noticed that the frequency of the antenna is varied as a function of slot orientation. An optimal slot angle is determined based on the return loss and then the slot, patch dimensions are optimized to increase the realized gain and return …

An In-depth Exploration of Contemporary Student Management Systems
Abstract: Thе studеnt managеmеnt systеm (SMS) sеrvеs as a pivotal tool for еducational institutеs and collеgеs, strеamlining thе complеx task of maintaining accuratе and up-to-datе studеnt information. This papеr dеlvеs into thе comprеhеnsivе functionalitiеs of SMS, еncompassing studеnt rеcords, acadеmic rеports, collеgе dеtails, coursе spеcifics, curriculum managеmеnt, batch information, placеmеnt rеcords, and various rеsourcе-rеlatеd data. Thе systеm mеticulously tracks a studеnt's acadеmic journеy from еnrollmеnt to coursе complеtion, providing a sеcurе …

Rationale behind Scope of Hepato-Protective Drugs in the Treatment of Mukhdushika (Acne Vulgaris)
Abstract: AbstractAmong the skin diseases, mukhadushika is the most commonly observed ailment in day-to-day life having latent impact on one’s psychological behavior. Mukhdushika is mentioned in the context of kshudraroga by almost all major lexicons of Ayurveda with its brief pathogenesis. In contemporary medicine mukhdushika can be correlated with acne vulgaris which is predominant in puberty due to hormonal changes. Excess androgen leads to over secretion of sebum from sebaceous glands …

Immune Boosting Functional Foods for Strengthening Host Defense Mechanism to Combat in Opposition to Covid-19 and Unani Guidelines of Ayush for Its Prevention
Abstract: The Immune systems protect the host in opposition to infectious and poisonous diseases and guard from contagious agents present in the environment, such as viruses, fungi, bacteria, and parasites. Blood performs an essential position in enhancing immunity because of the arrival of white blood cells or tissues that combat in opposition to infectious diseases. Sometimes they are not able to understand those organisms. Due to this reason, we want to …

A Review on Therapeutic Utilities and Purificatory Procedure of Gunja (Abrus precatorius Linn.) as Described in Ayurveda
Abstract: AbstractGunja (Abrus precatorius Linn.), belonging to the family Fabaceae, has been used by the Ayurvedic physicians, for management of different disease conditions. It comes under the upavisha (semi-poisonous) group in Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. It is a slender, perennialclimber with long, pinnate leaves that twines around trees, shrubs and hedges. In this review, an endeavour has been made to explore the therapeutic utilities of Gunja, its formulations and its different methods of …

Bronchiectasis- An Ayurvedic Review And Treatment – A Case Study
Abstract: Bronchiectasis is an epidemic of chronic, complex, heterogeneous and progressive irreversible airways disease. The pathophysiology of the disease is understood in terms of the interconnected concept of immune-inflammatory disease effects, impaired mucociliary clearance and structural lung damage causing irreversible damage and differential movement in recurrent exacerbations and persistent bronchiectasis. Research is needed about the larger world. Management of the disease is the most difficult aspect. Understanding the pathophysiology and biomarkers …
