Implementation of LMS Calibration Algorithm for 12-Bit Pipelined ADC
Abstract: Normal 0 false false false EN-IN X-NONE X-NONE As the technology is scaling, digital systems perform well with that but analog systems undergo degradation in their performance due to reduced gain. Thus, to improve their performance various calibration techniques are used. This paper implements one of such a digital calibration technique using digital signal processing, to compensate for the errors in 12-bit pipelined ADC with 1.5 bit/stage architecture at lower …

Implementation of Sub Parts of SAR ADC
Abstract: This paper describes the implementation of different sub parts of SAR ADC using a 180 nm CMOS technology in Mentor Graphics Tool. There are mainly four blocks in the SAR ADC. They are sample and hold, dynamic latch comparator, SAR logic and DAC logic. The simulation results show the transient analysis waveforms of different blocks of SAR ADC. Here to reduce power consumption dynamic latch comparator is used. Here the …

Synthesis and Dielectric Properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 Doped with La3+
Abstract: The effect La3+ doping on the structural and dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) is investigated, resulting in a compound of the type Ca1-xLaxCu3Ti4O12 (x = 0.00, 0.20 and 0.50). The compounds have been prepared by conventional solid state reaction. The Ca1-xLaxCu3Ti4O12 ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM techniques. The grain size and the grain boundary resistivity increased with the increase of doping percentages. Dielectric constant of the samples decreases …

Numerical Simulation and Performance Characteristics of Solid-state Dye-sensitized Solar Cell using SCAPS 1D
Abstract: In this research article, we studied the optimization and performance of a titanium oxide (TiO2) working electrode for the manufacture of solid-state dye sensitized solar cell (so-DSSC). The structure of solid-state dye sensitized solar cell used in current work is composed of FTO/TiO2/N719/PEDOT: PSS/Pt. The only variable for simulation is absorber layer. The computational simulation findings indicate that parameters of solid-state DSSC such as VOC, JSC, FF and PCE are …

Physico-chemical Properties of the Soils of Fullbari Tea Estate, Bangladesh
Abstract: AbstractSoil samples were collected from Fullbari Tea-Estate area of Moulvibazar district, Bangladesh. Percentage of sand, silt and clay content, organic matter, active acidity, reserve acidity and cation exchange capacity of the collected soil samples of different topographic positions and depths were determined. Sand and clay content of the soils varied from 61.25 to 74.75%, and 12.75 to 23.75%, respectively. Percent of soil organic matter content was varied from 0.56 to …

Quantum Computation in the Brain and Emergence of Unperturbed Mind Due to Inductive BIS Load
Abstract: Abstract“Solitons”, are comprised of a loosely coupled coherent system of subquantum entities. Thiscoherent solitonic system of loosely coupled entities can be viewed as a partial description ofconsciousness. BIS stands for breakdown of integrated system. It is of three kinds: resistive, capacitative and inductive. In our present paper we will study the behavior of unperturbedmind due to strong inductive BIS processes. Keywords: BIS effect, quantum computation, microtubules, quantum zeno effect, solitonsCite this ArticleSobinder …

Fabrication and Parametric Analysis of Thermal Sensing Dielectric PZT Thick Film Nano Ceramic Device Developed by SOL GEL Technique
Abstract: AbstractExtensive investigation carried out during earlier half of twentieth century, prominently established that the ionic radius of an atom gets reduced to significant levels with decrease in coordination number. The findings of Goldsmith and Pauling showed that ionic radii contracts by 4, 6 and 12% when coordination number is reduced from 12 to 8, 6 and 4 respectively. It is obvious that coordination number reduction takes place at the surface …
