Auxiliary Battery Backup System Generated from Locomotive Vehicle

Abstract

AbstractDue to rapid development in developing countries there is a gap between the demand and generation of power. As the demand is bridges, the development will have increased so that a gap persists. So, load shedding is reported by power supplying authorities is specially so in remote areas, in north eastern India, Bangladesh, Bhutan and central African countries where thick forests are a deterrent for drawing power lines. To overcome the power shedding and to see that continuity of power supply is maintained. The paper suggests using an auxiliary portable battery backup which can be charged from vehicles and used in domestic areas during the period of load shedding.
