Abstract

Predictive model were considered to monitor the deposition of Spirochaeta in natural pond, the study considered the system to monitor the accumulation or exponential growth rate influenced by predominant parameters in the study environment, the effect from oxygen deficit observed characteristic of Dissolved Oxygen Levels. This includes Dissolved oxygen concentrations that are constantly influenced by diffusion and aeration, including photosynthesis, respiration and decomposition. This also includes water equilibrates toward hundred percent of air saturation, dissolved oxygen levels observed fluctuation with temperature, salinity and pressure changes, there were some other related parameters that were observed on the cause of monitoring the migration rates of the contaminant. The study has expressed the rates of deposition and evaluates these significant influence from these rates of microbial deposition, this were monitored through the derived solution, the derived model simulation values express the behaviour of the contaminants showing different level these parameters has pressure the concentration at different conditions. The results are between 0.412966951-14.45384328, 0.316607996-11.08127985, 0.316607996-11.37035671, 0.335879787-11.75579253, 0.346892239-0.346892239, 0.355151578 -12.14122836, 0.368917143- 12.9121, and 0.379929595-13.29753582. The derived predictive values were subjected to model simulation, and both parameters expressed best fits correlations. The study is imperative because the predominant oxygen deficit in various conditions has generated different rates of concentrations, experts will definitely apply these concept in monitoring and evaluation of the concentration in a natural pond.
