Abstract

Chandrayaan 3 is India's third space exploration mission as part of the Indian Space Research Organization's (ISRO) Chandrayaan mission. Like Chandrayaan 2 mission, there is lander named Vikram and a rover named Pragyan. In preparation for the lander's power landing thrust module sends the lander and rover together into lunar orbit. To prepare for the lander's powered descent, the propulsion module sent the lander and rover combination into lunar orbit. LVM3 from SDSC SHAR in Sriharikota launched it. This essay discusses how Chandrayaan-3's successful moon landing with its sophisticated hardware and payloads came about.
