Abstract

Here we are going to talk about the details of photoelectric device. First of all, we will get information about what a photoelectric device is and also about it. Thus, we know that there are optical electrical structures that can be identified as photoelectric devices. Thus, the interaction of light with matter produces electricity, which is seen in the phenomenon of photoelectric effect. Here we see a device that gives an electrical signal in response to visible, infrared, or even ultraviolet radiation. And they are often used in systems that perceive object data by a change in transmitted or reflected light. Electrons are emitted from the metal. This phenomenon we can identify as photoelectric effect. This discovery was first made by Hertz in 1887. Since then, many researchers have studied it.
