A Short Review on Mucormycosis/Black fungus

Abstract

The present article provides an outline regarding the mucormycosis, an angio invasive infection and an opportunistic condition with fungal infection that mainly targets the people who are with weaker immunity unable to fight with environmental pathogens due to other health related problems and people who are on long term medication and the present paper has been covered with all the information regarding the Predisposing factors, suspected diseased conditions, Targeted organs/tissues affected, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, complications, diagnosis, treatment options available, and preventive measures.
