Abstract

AbstractART (Assisted Reproductive Technologies) is known as the technologies/techniques used for the treatment of Infertility. ART involves different types of newly and advanced techniques such as  ICSI (Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection), MESA (Microsurgical Epididymis Sperm Aspiration), PESA (Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration),TESA (Testicular Sperm Aspiration), IMSI (Intra Morphologically selected sperm injection), GIFT (Gamete Intra-fallopian Transfer), ZIFT (Zygote Intra-fallopian Transfer) and Assisted hatching. The self-evaluation and maintenance of   all equipment used in the ART is heavily important for the better outcomes. As ART is referred as result oriented field of the medical sciences, so it is very important to care the all types of equipment used for the treatment in a very delegate way. Human gametes and Embryos are cultured in a Co2, O2, pH and Temperature based equipment called Incubator. The purpose of this article is to highlight the importance of the maintenance of Incubator used for the handling of In-Vitro products for the better outcome. Keywords: Gametes; Embryos; Aspiration; Cytoplasmic; pH.Cite this Article Saurabh, Sanjiv Kalia.
