Abstract

In this article, authors have discussed about how nanomaterials can be analyzed using different approaches. In the present article, an attempt was made to focus on what are nanomaterials, how it is generated and what importance may it have. Nanomaterials are defined as engineered materials with at least one dimension in the range of 1–100 nm. This paper determines the contribution of nanotechnology in the field of electronics and optoelectronics and also defines their distinct chemical properties by using different nanomaterials.  Keywords: Nanomaterials, synthesis, XRD, SEM
