There is a tremendous growth in embedded technologies now a day. There are numerous examples in growing market of how to handle energy losses in environment. The lithography technique is the back bone of this research work, embedded with the materials science. So, there is a demand of special optics technology, which maintains good transportation of light on nano scale. There is a problem of light loss during transportation, in conventional way of optical system, which may be minimized in nano optics system. In parallel, optical and morphological studies are being carried out in this research work.
