Einstein Quantum Entanglement and Quantum Communication
Abstract: AbstractQuantum theory suggests that “What we predict must happen in laboratory.” Quantum entanglement was introduced by Einstein, Schrodinger, Rosen and Podolsky in 1935. But the actual experimentation regarding quantum entanglement started 70 years later. Quantum entanglement paves the way for many other quantum processes such as quantum communication, teleportation, and cryptography. The concept of quantum entanglement is very complicated because it is difficult to detect, is affected by environment and …

Comparative Evaluation of Tin Perovskite based Solar Cell
Abstract: AbstractPerovskite material utilized in manufacturing solar cells as active layer has altogether improved their effectiveness for power change. They possess conversion efficiency impressively more than the traditional technologies, for example, silicon based cells. They likewise have PCE more than the DSSC. They are accounted for to have conversion efficiency of about 20%. There has been a great increment in the estimation of PCE of these cells utilizing Perovskite as active …

Modeling and Simulation of ZnO/Si Hetreojunction Photodetector for Optical Communication
Abstract: AbstractIn this work, we present numerical simulation and modeling of ZnO/Si Heterojunction photodetectors. We analyze the performance of ZnO/Si Heterojunction photodetectors using commercial device simulation software ATLAS from Silvaco international. Device structure has been created using ATLAS and its electrical and optical characteristics has been simulated using ATLAS. Main figure of merits like dark current, photocurrent, spectral response and quantum efficiency has been extracted. Keywords: ZnO/Si, Heterojunction Photodetector, Silvaco Deckbuild software, …

FABRICATION AND COMPRESSIVE TEST ANALYSIS OF CARBON FIBRE REINFORCED NYLON
Abstract: AbstractThe aim of the paper is to study and investigate the effect of carbon fibers (T800), epoxy resin and hardener Tri Ethylene Tetra Amine (TETA) reinforced with nylon rod. There is a wrapping of carbon fiber done on the nylon rod which increases the compressive strength. It is found that compressive strength very with respect to variation of wrapping around nylon rod. The density of final material reduces as the …
