Inclusion Removal Study in a Integrated Tundish-Nozzle-Mold System by CFD
Abstract: CFD modelling is a powerful tool to study the complex flow phenomena happening in each step of the continuous casting process; considering this, the current research shows the impact of tundish turbulent phenomena on fluid dynamics and steel cleanliness considering an integrated system: tundish, nozzle, and mold. The mathematical simulations consider 3D cartesian coordinates for the continuity and Navier-Stokes equations together with the turbulent realizable and the multiphase VOF models. …

Multipurpose Beach Sand And Water Impurities Cleaning Machine
Abstract: In today's world, garbage is a major problem in worldwide attention. Most of the garbage is dumped in waterways in rivers, lakes, ponds which harms aquatic life and disturbs environmental balance, this garbage in turn shows at sand beaches which is cleaned manually by some organizations or else its left as it is and the garbage in the ponds is not cleaned as it is physically not approachable. For this …

Mechanism of Intensive Gas and Fluid Mixture in the Process of Vibroturbulization and Its Technological Applications
Abstract: Previously conducted experimental studies have established that in a certain narrow frequency range and upon reaching a certain value of the amplitude of water oscillations in a sealed vessel with above-water air shell, subjected to vertical vibration, a resonant phenomenon occurs, called “vibroturbulization”, leading to intensive mixing of media of different density. The studies carried out were purely experimental in nature and could not reveal the physicochemical mechanism of occurrence, …

Research Paper On Simulating Air Flow Over An Automobile To Examine Drag Properties
Abstract: Hatchbacks are currently the best-selling vehicles on the market. Consequently, they are expecting more from these medium cheap cars. These expectations might be met by improving the car's performance in terms of fuel efficiency, looks, and speed, as well as lowering the drag force that is applied to it. By lowering the drag coefficient and drag forces, it would be simple to increase speed and fuel efficiency. Drag is one …

Review an analysis of Fluid Flow and its Dynamics Study
Abstract: Fluid dynamics is the study of liquid and gas flow, usually on and near solid surfaces. For instance, airflow over an aeroplane wing or over the surface of an automobile can be studied using fluid dynamics. Additionally, it can be utilised in ship design to speed up how quickly they move through water. To understand fluid dynamics, scientists employ both mathematical models and simulations as well as experiments. In a confined …
