Extranodal NK/T-Cell Lymphoma; Dilemma in Diagnosis and Management: A Review of Literature
Abstract: Natural killer (NK) cell neoplasms are rare malignancies. They are classified as extranodal NK-cell lymphoma, nasal type, and aggressive NK-cell leukaemia. Clinically they can be classified as nasal type, non-nasal type, and aggressive lymphoma/leukaemia. Stage I/II Nasal NK-cell lymphoma are treated by combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
