Adult Granulosa Cell Tumor of Ovary (GCT) – A Practical Approach
Abstract: Granulosa cell tumor (GCTs) are a rare group of tumors constituting less than 5% of all ovarian tumors and account for more than 70% of the sex cord-stromal tumors. They present with features of hypere-strogenism and are characterized by a good response to surgery but are notorious for late recurrences.
