Congenital Dislocation of Hip Treated by Salter's Innominate Osteotomy
Abstract: Sixteen patients with congenital dislocation of the hip were treated with a classic technique of Salter’s osteotomy, reduction of dislocation and to stabilize, K-wire fixation was used and Iliac Bone Graft was placed at osteotomy site. The patients were aged between 1.6 Years to four years.
