An Immuno-informatics Approach for the Design of Subunit Vaccine for Non-human Homolog Proteins of A.aegypti Species
Abstract: Mosquito borne diseases account for a major fraction of vector-borne diseases that account for significant morbidity amongst the population worldwide. The prevalence rate of mosquitoes in the common habitable area is so high that even after the implementation of several eradication programs their disease-causing rate is still quite significant. A.aegypti and A.albopictus are two prominent species of genus Aedes, which transmit viruses causing several infectious diseases such as dengue, zika …

A Follow up Case Study of Neonatal Diabetes due to Mutation of ABCC 8 Gene: Transition from Insulin to Oral Glibenclamide was effective and safe
Abstract: Context: Neonatal diabetes is a rare condition occurring in approximately 1 in 500, 000 live births. It is occasionally due to mutations of genes which encode potassium ATP channel (KATP).Aim: The aim of this study is to identify the long term efficacy and safety of switch from insulin to oral sulfonylurea in a case of neonatal diabetes due to a mutation of ABCC 8 gene.Subject and Method: 6 years old …

Flavocillin: SarsCov2 Replicase Polyprotein 1AB Inhibitor
Abstract: Replicase polyprotein 1AB is a multifunctional protein that transcribes and replicates viral RNAs. This multifunctional protein contains protinases responsible from the cleavages of polyproteins. In this study, Flavocillin, a newly discovered potent penicillin antibiotic was docked for possible interactions with various SarsCov2 proteins by using Mcule. Although Penicillins have no antiviral effects, the docking results for Flavocillin showed that Flavocillin specifically and comptetitively inhibits Replicase polyprotein 1AB of SarsCov2. Following …

Antimicrobial Protein Modelling Studies and Biophysical Characterization of Opsin Protein in Leptucapugilator
Abstract: Members of the Ocypodidae family and subgroup Ucinae, fiddler crabs are common in the world's tropics and subtropics. Leptucapugilator (Fiddler crabs), also known as the Atlantic sand fiddler crab or calling crab, is a species of decapod mollusc that belongs to the Uca family. They are Ocypodidae brachyuran crabs, some of the most recent aquatic organisms to reach the coast. West Africa, the Western Atlantic, the Eastern Pacific, the Indo-Pacific, …

Multivariate Analysis of The Determinants of Undernutrition in Under-Five Children In Zimbabwe
Abstract: Background: Undernutrition is one of the leading causes of infant mortality in developing countries including Zimbabwe. The main objective for the study was to model the relationship between undernutrition and individual, household and community level determinants. Material and methods: Secondary data analysis of the 2019 Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) was performed using the merged children and household datasets. A total of 6223 children’s data was used for the study. …
