Atomizers in spray dryers: a review
Abstract: Atomization is the most important step in spray drying that defines the properties of liquid droplets after spraying, resulting in various forms of the dry product - from fine powders to granules. It basically refers to the disintegration of the liquid into droplets in the presence of a drying gas circulating in the medium, increasing its surface area until the droplet becomes unstable and disintegrates. The choice of the atomizer's …

Report on Microfluidic Flow of Dyed Working Liquids inside the Polymeric Devices
Abstract: In this experimental work, a single SU-8 based glass microfluidic device is engineered by the maskless lithography and indirect bonding technique. Also, total nine individual polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) based microfluidic devices are fabricated by maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography, and direct bonding technique. Dyed ethylene glycol, dyed ethanol, and dyed aqueous isopropyl alcohol (50% water, 50% IPA) are prepared and used as working liquids to record each surface-driven microfluidic flow. The …

Thin-in-slab-in-caster to Pursue Heat-in-treat
Abstract: This paper is to resolve the latest scenario in slab caster to suggest fabrication of slab after integrating as well successive next add an addendum formation to end production. Direct thin section produced from existing heat in cast thin slab has been utilized by successive roll reduction and also heat treatment. Endless strip processing (ESP) has linked continuous thin down formation to subject modification of microstructure from as cast to …

Experimentally New Technique System to Measure Contact Angle of Metal/Melt System in Simple Way
Abstract: In this research, easy and new technique system to measure contact angle of metals/metals systemwas introduced. The new technique system used a simple component in direct procedure to foundcontact angle of solder on metals substrate in wide range of drops volumes. Solder was applied intoaluminum and copper substrate metals using control heating temperature of the substrate. Then, theresults were analyzed by image J program to know the accuracy of the …
