Biomining to Providing New Adage in Explore
Abstract: This article summarizes some forms of bio-remediation. Bio-prospecting for microorganisms from saline and metal contaminated environments enhance adaption at increasing ionic strengths in arid complex ionic strength without fresh water. Esteemed microbe encountered metals are V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Ag, Cd and Pb as well as Au and Ag; nevertheless metalloid pervades were As, Se, Sb, etc. Microorganisms’ adaptability has ever rescued to validate presence …

Gluconic Acid: Properties, Microbial Production and Applications in Food and Agriculture: Critical Review
Abstract: Gluconic acid is one of the most essential natural acids and is moderately obtained from glucose by unpretentious oxidation response process. The response is simplified through glucose dehydrogenase bacteria such as (Gluconobacter) and enzyme glucose oxidase (fungi). The production of gluconic acid by microbes is the desired procedure. The typical broadly applied fermentation technique is summarized by using fungi (Aspergillus niger). Derivatives for gluconic acid; the main ones like sodium …

Studies on Extraction of Bioflavonoids from Seeds of Cucumis melo
Abstract: Cucumis melo belongs to Cucurbitaceae family. It contains high-content of bioflavonoids (quercetin and rutin) and phenolic compounds. It shows various pharmacological activities like anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-ulcer, anti-diabetic, anti-helminthic. In this research, the optimization of physico-chemical parameters like effects of different solvents, solvent percentages, pH, extraction time and particle mesh size for the extraction of bioflavanoids from seeds of Cucumis melo have been studied. For the extraction of quercetin, the optimum …

Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of New Heterocyclic Compound Containing 5-Bromobenzofuran
Abstract: Several pyridine derivatives were synthesized via reaction of 2-acetyl 5-bromobenzofuran and 1,3-diphenyl-1 H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde 2 gave chalcone 3 which was exploited as a starting material. Structures of newly synthesized derivatives were confirmed by elemental analysis, spectral data, chemical transformation and alternative synthetic route whenever possible. Also, the newly synthesized derivatives were screened towards some microorganism.

Comparative Study of Production of Acrylic Acid from Two Different Starting Materials: Propane and Propylene
Abstract: Acrylic acid is one of the most important raw materials for a number of products. There are several reaction pathways to produce this important commodity chemical. One of the most conventionally used methods involves the manufacture from propylene as the starting material; which is created as a by-product from industrial cracking of heavy hydrocarbons. However more propane reserves are discovered recently which highlights the opportunity to produce acrylic acid from …
