The Aqueous Solution of Antibiotics Norfloxacin for Total Protein Contents in the Fifth Instar Larvae of Silkworm, Bombyx mori (L) (Double Hybrid Race) [(CSR2XCSR27)] x [(CSR6XCSR26)].
Abstract: The quality of food material supplied decide the quality of silky cocoon spun by the larval instars of silkworm, Bombyx mori (L). The present attempt deals with utilization of aqueous solution of Norfloxacin for treating the leaves of mulberry, Morus alba (L). Two concentrations of Norfloxacin were selected for the attempt. Two concentrations of Norfloxacin include 50 mg per liter (50 ppm) and 100 mg per liter (100 ppm). The …

Free radical scavenging effect of various extracts of Root of Shirisha (Albizia lebbeck (L.)Benth.) by DPPH method
Abstract: The study of antioxidants and free radicals in biology is producing medical revolution that promises a new age disease and health management. The present study was performed to evaluate the in vitro antioxidant effect of the methanol, ethyl acetate, hydro alcohol and water extracts of Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth. by using DPPH method. The ethyl acetate extract exhibited significant inhibition in DPPH free radical formation with IC50 values of 70.5206. …

Qualitative and Quantitative Yield in the Radish Crop Through the Utilization of rhizobacteria, Pseudomonas trivialis (L) and Earthworm, Eudrilus eugenae (L).
Abstract: The specific density of earthworm in soil and the microorganisms in soil are correlated with each other. The fruitful interactions among soil microorganisms and the earthworms in soil serve to orchestrate the process of improvement in the crop yield. The Pseudomonas trivialis (L) is a deleterious rhizobacterial species. This rhizobacterial species is recognized for the production of Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) (the plant growth promoting hormone). The present attempt deals …

Gas chromatography mass spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectral analyses of Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth. pod methanol extract
Abstract: This study was aimed at the elucidation of the bioactive compounds present in methanol extracts of Albizia lebbeck (L.) Benth. Pod using Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FTIR) techniques. The GC-MS mass spectra of the identified compounds were compared with those of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) database library. The results confirmed the presence of five compounds including Pentasiloxane, 1,1,3,3,5,5,7,7,9,9-decamethyl-, Heptasiloxane, hexadecamethyl-, Methyl …

Autophagy: Therapeutic Approach For Cancer Treatment
Abstract: Intracellular catabolic degradation of lysosomal components is called as autophagy. The autophagy is working for “Cellular Garbage Disposal and Intracellular Recycling”. It serves to orchestrate the process of cellular homeostasis. It is achieved through elimination of superfluous or damaged proteins and organelles; through invading microbes; through the provision of substrates for energy generation and through the biosynthesis in stress. The autophagy promotes the cellular health and there by the health …
